The food was poorly portioned, poorly packaged, cold, soggy, and the chicken strips were not cooked. I placed my order through Uber Eats and all order notes were missed. I checked the receipt to ensure Uber got it right and sure enough it was all on the receipt. I decided to call the store as I just wanted my order corrected. I asked if I were to bring it back could it be remade and was told no. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and clearly annoyed I was calling. I would not recommend this specific location to anyone.

Well firstly let me say I love the place and have been eating there for years. Recently the food has gone down hill. Sandwiches badly made and missed order notes. I ordered dinner tonight and my Buffalo chucken sandwich was raw and unedible. I was a cook and understand the rush of food service but come on.

Excellent food and excellent service. I recommend Wayback Burgers if you're looking for a juicy hamburger. My burgers are always double cheese burgers with Lettuce and tomato,no condiments. You always need to have fries with a shake also.
