Scott and Michelle are amazing hosts! First and foremost, their beer is legit. The Easy Riding Kolsh and New Charter NEIPA are fantastic, easy drinking summer beers. The Spur Lager Blackberry is my wife's favorite. But what really is worthy of 5 stars is the friendliness, kindness, and professionalism of Scott and Michelle. They want you to love your experience and will do everything to make you feel like a valued guest. Moreover, their adherence to covid-19 best practices is the best we've seen at craft breweries. Plenty of hand sanitizer, lysol wipes and cleanliness. Kudos to you for creating a warm, safe, and friendly environment to share our favorite beverage!

The Kolsch Beer is a limited Release. All the cans at our brewery have depleted. Two options, 1. We can always fill a growler here at the taproom 2. The Kolsch in cans may still be available at retail, check out your local liquor store. Thanks

We love dogs, have 2 at home. Unforetuneately, we are under the microscope of Danbury and are holding off on dogs. SO sorry.
