Unfortunately on the morning of July 5th, I went to the drive-thru just to order a soda. The girl working at the window as usual was not paying attention. Wasn't even at the window when I pulled around I had to wait for her to come running back over. And then she made a mistake and charged me for a meal which I had not ordered, it was $13.40. she realized her mistake and she did credit me back the $13.40 however whatever she did, a second charge for the same amount, $13.40, was made on the card at the same time. I showed them my online statement showing the two charges. She got very defensive with me telling me she knows how to do her job. Well if she knew how to do her job this wouldn't have happened in the first place. Anyway a male manager was absolutely no help. Despite the fact that was showing them right on my phone on my statement that I had two charges and my balance was off by $13.40. so now I went to my credit card company and they are going to reverse the charge but it just is amazing that they would not simply acknowledge their mistake and correct it. Be very careful when you go there because this is not the first time the girl that collects the money has made mistakes. I mean she's very good many times she gives me stuff for free but this time she was very very off

Overnight staff are beyond rude act like I’m wasting their time as they dance and listen to music while I wait for my food. 6 sandwiches and 4 orders of nuggets and they gave me 3 sauces and refused to give me more. What’s the deal with this, I got a huge order not one thing and they acted like it came out of their check. Never again at this location

I went through the drive through and I asked for a soft serve cone. the woman who took the order rudely answered “what?” and was confused to what I was asking for. I repeated 3 times asking for a soft serve cone and she then replies saying “do you mean the ice cream cone” in the most condescending way. I didn’t know there was a difference between the soft serve cone and an ice cream cone when it’s the same thing? Customer service wasn't great and staff really needs retraining on treating customers kindly because there are ways to correct someone without being disrespectful.
