I don’t understand how some place can so consistently mess up orders. I’ve gotten food and drinks here on and off over the last year and they are never correct. Not once in this whole time frame have I ever looked into my bag to see the donut that I asked for. I understand some places just aren’t great at making coffee but to not once be handed the right food is impressive.

Yes. A visa card being a credit, debit or gift visa card is the same thing as long as the visa card is valid, activated and has funds. You should offer to pay ahead of preparing the order if you are not sure that funds are available to cover payment for your order.
