Expensive but I thought I was paying for high quality service but instead they engage in deceitful business practices. The first time this happened was when I got a new oil tank installed through them, but they did eventually honor the price they originally gave us so I thought we were past the issues. Now just two years later I will never use this company ever again. I was enrolled in an automatic delivery service but it expired at the end of March. Due to the increase in gas prices I did not re-enroll in the service and my account status said INACTIVE. I checked in April to confirm that I was not enrolled and it wouldn't even let me fill out the form to change the delivery status due to volatile oil prices so because it said INACTIVE I thought I was good. In the first week of May, when it is 70 degrees outside, they delivered 150 gallons of oil without my consent and I now have to pay $1000 for that oil that I do not want. They said on the phone that inactive is not the same as cancelled. But now that my account is cancelled I can't even log on to the website to pay for the oil they forced upon me. Which is what I didn't want, if I were a happy customer I would have wanted to still have an online account but order oil as I needed it, which to me seems further confirmation that they were trying to push oil out at high prices to people and using the inactive isn't cancelled status as a lie. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM.

We didn't have hot water. A service person was at our house with in 2 hours of me calling. He was professional and completed the "repair" quickly and scheduled an oil delivery for the following Monday.

Great customer service. Reliable oil delivery. Good pricing and flexibility. The online portal is convenient. The portal is a bit outdated compared to your average portal but can't complain compared to others in the industry that don't have one at all.

Our boiler stopped working and I called for the emergency service. The technician Lou D was very very nice. He was able to quickly identify the issue and perform the fix. He was very patient in explaining the issue to me and also did thorough checks and made sure the boiler worked fine before he took off. I am very impressed by the quality of the service he provided and thumbs up for Standard Oil!

Also, why did I not get a refund from the company from both Standard oi and the company that bought it? When I turn 65 they stop taking out their premiums and did not hear from them as of this day, I should get the money I paid them for 28 years.

It fluctuates depending on thebtime and the kind of plan you have. You can chose to lock thebprice in forba time, or go with a fluid market price. Give them a call, these guys have been pretty good with me.

can you give me a price quote?

Your best bet is to call them, prices and availability vary based on location. (I'm assuming you are asking about oil price only, not repairs, boiler plans of home security prices?). My last refill was $2.70/gal, however if that helps. (Prices vary though, unless you pick a plan that locks you into the same price for a year.)
