If you are in the area it is a MUST STOP! One of my favorite places on EARTH. And year round Santa! I never visit home without a 45min drive here. No words to express how much I love this place.

They have everything you would not expected out of a Yankee candle store. Everytime when I go visit my family in the area, I would stop by this store to shop around. Christmas decoration is amazing all year around. I also did the personalized candle label there as a gift to our friends. It turned out amazing!

So massive, so much to see and do! Candles, foods, gifts, homegoods, Christmas & Halloween villages, a huge candy shop, and also a new pub. Beautiful grounds, especially beautiful in Fall and at Christmas. You can easily spend hours here looking at everything. It's awesome. The restaurant has amazing clam chowder and great food too

Don’t get to go to Yankee candle as we live too far but it’s a great store and every time it’s a wonderful experience. Such great sections for a different variety of stuff. The customer service is wonderful and all of the employees there are super friendly and helpful if you have a question. I love going there whenever we’re in the area. This is the “go-to” place for anyone whether you are a local or a tourist in the area.

So, I maybe the most help since i do work there. To make a wax hand, the price for one hand with one color is 8$. If you want to make a hand with two or more colors, it's 12$. If you want to make a glitter hand, it's 15$. If you want to do a wax hand while holding another person's hand, it's 20$. It's also important to know that the wax hand is not an actual candle, but more like a decorative peice.
From what I remember, no, you don't have to pay to see him, only if you'd like photos
