I took some friends to this establishment for dinner last night. When we entered the building we were assaulted by the nauseating smell of extremely dirty mops and what smelled like meat rotting. The smell was so overwhelming that we had to leave the building. This morning I contacted the assistant manager and told them the story, they said that they would pass my contact information to the manager who was not yet in and that I would be contacted by them today. Apparently customer service is not a priority at this Wendy’s location because the manager never bothered to contact me. The dirty mop and rotting smell were not an instant action, it requires time for that smell to develop to the level that I encountered last night. That doesn’t even take into consideration the amount of bacteria being produced in that environment. A sincere apology from management would probably appeased me but the total lack of concern for health safety, customer service, and the Wendy’s experience shown by management makes me wonder just what else is wrong with the store and that maybe a health and safety inspection should be done.

This restaurant was completely unorganized the evening I was at the drive thru . 20 + minute wait they screwed up the order on the vehicle in front of us and messed our order up too .didn't realize it untill I driving westbound on the Massachusetts turnpike ! The manager was completely disheveled had no clue what was going on at the drive thru .. I will walk in if there will be a next time .

If you happen to be a person who works late at night and is speeding on highways trying to make it to Wendy's off the exit before you head home don't bother speeding because they like the clothes early. It's a pretty normal experience to get there at quarter or 10 of just to get a generic recording when you get to the order window. And since I'm here complaining I'll add that they have a serious problem with over-salting their fries. I'd say 90% of the time the fries are so over salted that they are not edible and you have to spend extra time either wiping them individually off which nobody wants to do or throwing them away. Which is pretty sad when you consider that you're paying $14 or more for a single meal.
