Deranged. Definitely the most linguistically deranged bus service in North America. Nobody understands this system, hardly anybody bothers to use it, its documents are impossible to rely on and all the signs in the buses are gratuitous and meaningless. The signs on buses are abstract paintings. They're decorations. They can't have any function except an artistic one. My favorite sign says there is on the bus video equipment on a board. What could the transit authority be telling you this for? Why not instead, there is a windshield on this bus? Another sign says the bus complies with the relevant regulations of something, some endless acronym. Only god would know what regulations are referred to, but that's not terribly important, since the sign first imbues the bus with human agency -- it complies intentionally -- and it then stirs a fight, saying the bus only "complies" with relevant regulations, implying it has picked and chosen to follow only the regulations it agrees with. Otherwise, the sign is merely redundant. If a thing is created in accord with a set of regulations, then, of course, it would only be pertinent for it to follow regulations that apply to the bus and not those just for boats, submarines or rocketships. A big sign says it is against the law to operate the bus while anybody is in "the prohibited" area, but no such area is ever defined anywhere. And another sign says the bus can't move unless each person aboard utilizes a seatbelt. But again, utilizes is a very broad verb. Take masks, for example. Look at all the ways people use (utilize) those. Maybe a little ethnographic research is needed to identify the ways seat belts are utilized aboard buses today. Finally, the transit authority posts online a schedule that says its 7-bus service is continuous, hour by hour, as noted on its schedule, Monday through Saturday. Yet if you rely on this, your bus probably won't appear on Saturday. You'll call the authority. They'll tell you that you are insane. Although they clearly posted a schedule saying otherwise, they have a different, secret Saturday schedule. This bus company is a circus. It isn't intended really to carry passengers. That it does carry anybody about is purely accidental. This is a Potemkin bus company. It is a showcase for some other stakeholders than passengers. Passengers would be surprised, no doubt, to find how many transit systems in the United States are not really intended for the riders at all.

Not ever enough room on the buses. I understand we are dealing with different times with covid-19 but at busy times you get told there's no room on the bus you need to wait for the next bus. Framingham is by far the worse city I've ever encountered for public transportation.

Who ever the young Spanish girl is who sits in the front needs to be fired. Her customer service is awful and she always has an attitude mind you I ride the bus every other day. I encourage management to listen in on calls she’s takes and listen to how she be littles customers and even goes as far as hanging up on people. She needs to be gone this company relies on customers to o keep this business going and with her attitude makes you want to refrain. Sitting in the front she should be a little friendlier seeing how’s she’s the first impression.

Bus drivers are very helpful and no complaints against them however first their schedules are weird, would not run the whole day and on some routes, there are no buses on weekends. Not even ONE!! Second, their schedules are worthless because they are never followed. There is no tracking app which I am aware of and no body is bothered about the schedule. Buses are usually late by 30 odd minutes or they are way too early and I always get the next one, which is early as well. Long way to go before ppl start to rely on them!!!

What route do you want to know?
Where do you live
Coming to the bus station and apply for dial at ride
That would be 4N, route 2 will get you close.
