Theres a sodden, desultory quality to Pizza Factory's pizzas. Even fresh, they taste like they were stored in military-grade freezers in Nebraska. Ingredients are stingy, and taste of little except salt. You could think of it as severely depressed pizza, with little sense of life, joy or flavor - grayed out in a pizza-scented cloud of infinite despair.

Went there to pick up Pizza and was served by a guy wearing a Trump shirt and no mask. Definitely won't be going back. My kids are OK with the pizza and it's close to my house but there's plenty of other places. Antonios is best, but that's Easthampton, so Pizza Amore downtown Northampton will probably have to do.

Four stars because it's good neighborhood pizza. It's not fancy or wood-fired, but it tastes good. The crust is neither thick nor thin but a happy medium. Pretty standard toppings available. There are only 2 or 3 tables here and florescent lights, so it's not a dining experience, mostly take-out. **Call ahead and pick it up yourself - you'll get 2 for 1! If you don't want the second pizza, tell them and they'll donate it to the local shelter.
