This place might be great for students and young people who aren’t looking for a dedicated, professional attitude from their physical therapist. I was hoping for a good experience and gave this place 3 tries, but my sessions were all disappointing in several ways. 1) Staff don’t introduce themselves properly. I never knew who was working with me and what’s worse, they changed throughout each session. 2) Staff talk loudly across the room to one another while working with their patients. They watch TV, discuss personal issues, and make jokes and other inappropriate conversation while Clients are having sessions. It’s extremely disconcerting and counterproductive to the healing process. 3) Staff doesn’t seem to understand or take note of my needs. I told them I couldn’t warm up on the bike but twice they suggested I do a 12 minute bicycle warm-up when I walked in.( I was there for my back but have a difficult knee and cannot cycle.) Overall the feeling is of a busy bar where multiple bartenders and servers are zipping among customers, without ever dedicating themselves to one customer. It feels extremely impersonal and I’m looking for more caring, knowledgeable, and attentive service from a physical therapist.

Awesome staff! Yong is outstanding as a PT therapist. I’m getting excellent guidance on recovering from brain surgery. The office is set up in a comfortable way. Patients are spaced out so there are only a few at a time so we can social distance. ATI is exceeding my expectations!!!
