One of the few gems of Chicopee. Everyone eventually has a need for a PC, and Cyber Surf Shop is one of the few places that not only fills that need with quality custom built PC's but can also provide way above par repairs and upgrades on your current PC and all at a great price.

Brought multiple different computers with multiple different problems over the years to CSS. The service is amazing everytime and very fast. If you ever have any computer issues that you feel are out of your hands I would reccomend taking a trip down to this shop, you wont reget it!

I can't say enough about Brian. I've been living in NYC for over 30 years and have used dozens of IT shops for hundreds of repairs, rebuilds, hard drive replacements, recovering deleted applications, emails etc. Brian hands down was the best. I came home to visit with 2 computers and dozens of gigs of data locked and applications corrupted and start time due to background systems running at startup ruining every morning and making it impossible to provide the best service I could to my clients. Brian changed all that!! I'll never go anywhere else-And he's always available for a quick fix via text. Responds immediately. World Class. Thanks Brian.

My computer was hacked I went in and explained what the issue was. They immediately took my lap top in to replace the hard drive. The computer was ready the next day will all my data transferred. The service was fast and the price was very reasonable. Thank you for the great service !

Questions & Answers

Brian, Four of five years ago, I had a problem with my computer "no signal" on screen when I attempted to power up. I remember you fixed the problem but it turned out the same issue arose., I have same issue. Care to take a look?
