Currently none, the airport is mostly used for General Aviation and only does commercial charter flights once a month to Atlantic City.

Is flight training done here as well

Not that I know of. Nearest flight schools are Westfield and Northampton. Someone might be starting something, but I haven't heard. I don't know about Palmer either.
