I had an expensive bag from France with a broken zipper... Sounds easy, right? Definitely not. The ends of the heavy duty zipper were covered by leather, which was tacked down by 4 rivets on each side. No one wanted to touch it. I even contacted the manufacturer in France and their only suggestion was to "send it with a friend to France" (via plane) because shipping would be too expensive. I don't exactly have too many friends who just regularly jet off to France, so I kept searching stateside. I discovered a Google listing for COOLCAT, checked out their website and knew that if anyone could/would do it, it would be them. They absolutely did not disappoint, AND the job was done better and less expensive than I expected! Super nice and accommodating as well. I waited a while to review as I wanted to be absolutely sure that they did as great of a job as it appeared - it's gone through some 'stress testing' and still fantastic! Thank you again!

Highly recommend. She resoled clogs for me and replaced some worn down wood at the toe where it had worn down. The wood at the front was sculpted & stained to fit the shoe as though it was always there. The suede leather was also cleaned nicely. 5 stars.

Such a pleasant experience from start to finish. I tore my favorite boots and brought them to Coolcat and their exceptional work saved them. I would have paid more for what they did. Super sweet people. Highly recommend and will be taking other items there in the future.

I used CoolCat Alterations recently for some old Classic FootJoy golf shoes that were about 7 years old.
