My family and I were in NY for a weekend when my car broke down on the side of the road. I had never been to this part of New York before and was slightly panicked when I called this location just before it closed on Friday evening. Edward answered the call and drove twenty minutes away to pick me up and took me back to the store location to complete the rental. I should also say that another rental company in the area which was open later than Hertz declined to pick me up because of the time. Additionally, Edward was helpful when I needed to call on Monday to extend the rental and arrange for a new drop off location. In my view, Edward went above and beyond to help me as a one time customer. Because of his service, I intend to switch my future business to Hertz.
