Totally disappointed in this store and management. Went in today, no masks on the employees and some were standing in the aisles talking to each other not letting other customers by to stay 6 feet away .

Terrible Pharmacy staff. Completely incompitant of following their own procedures. I had a script called in at 9am, waitied 5 hours to come get it on my way to work. I get to the window and they dont have a current insurance card, no notice until I get to the window. Spoke to the manager that was unhelpful and rude. He said they should have called and acknowledged that his staff dropped the ball. Wont be back again and WILL MAKE SURE no one I know comes here, even for on sale Halloween candy.

I do a lot of business indirectly with Rite Aid Pharmacy and they constantly get annoyed, and are short with me. I have not once had a pleasant conversation with them. If there is an issue, a conversation can be used to fix the problem. That has not been the case.
