New owner could not be more unfriendly. He seems to have little to no interest in this business so I’m confused & honestly I miss the previous owner. I will say the manager is WONDERFUL to work with. She’s knowledgeable & very kind.

Two stars because the poor kid behind the counter was at least trying his best and clearly didn't have the training he needed. Everyone in there clearly felt bad for him when he couldn't get a hold of his manager with questions. While I was waiting, some of the local folks in there were talking about how terrible the owner of this location is. I don't know who packed the box I paid to have "packed" before shipping, but they just threw the contents in without any packing material, leaving open space for everything to get thrown around every step of the way. Nothing was breakable, but gift bags of candy were all broken open, candy everywhere, and boxes were smashed, the whole thing arrived a mess. Had to toss half the contents. Never again with this location.

I’ve been in this store many times over the past year and have seen many different staff and many new and different policies. Some staff were very helpful and others not so much. I’ve seen a lot of turnover at this location over the past few months and I think I am starting to understand why. When you walk into the store you’re immediately greeted with a sign before you walk up to the counter that says if you need to print anything by email there is an extra 1$ fee in addition to the cost of what is being printed. When I asked the staff why they could not give me any real answer. Whenever there is a new employee at this store who is very helpful they have left and since gotten new employees. The owner and or manager seem to have very fishy practices and are just trying to make some money off of you. The only thing I would use this store is for dropping off packages, and even then, i’ve seen people come in the store while I’m standing in line saying that they lost their package that they dropped off days ago and the staff has no answers.
