My group and I had to come to this place to ask some questions about their recycling business and the process behind it and while we called and emailed multiple times before coming to the building, no one contacted us back about anything. So when we showed up we asked about a tour and he gave us a number to call to schedule a tour but by this time it was too late! So we were taking pictures of the area and we also had to have a picture of us in front of the building for proof of US being there. He came and and said we couldn’t have cameras on the property. He was very rude, even though he did give us a number to call for a tour, the experience for us wasn’t what we thought it would be. They all seem like they don’t enjoy their job at all. I understand they are dealing with waste ALL day, but that doesn’t mean they should be unpleasant. Recycling should be a great experience for everyone because of the meaning behind it and how we are trying to help save this planet, but this experience made it unjoyable and made me feel like they don’t really care.
