She stayed late, stayed in contact and made sure that we were taken care of that same night! Our downstairs toilet line burst at about 4 am, neighbor noticed water coming into their home and called Servpro for us. They were super quick to come and dry everything out. We lost contact with Servpro for about 2 months, after calling often someone finally got back to us and told us they were backed up and to call back in 2 months to see if they can schedule our repairs. We called back after about a month and a half and Renee and Angel made sure everything everything smooth speedy after that since we had waited so long.
