Good luck ever talking to anyone who isn't in a call center. They can't even give advice about clerical things, they aren't medical professionals, and serve seemingly every UR facility. Oh, and that "nursing line" they give you to call when something's wrong? Never picks up, never calls back. What a joke.

I had a great counselor, so helpful. However, the resident in psychiatry think they know it all. Tended to be more detrimental then helpful
