Couldn’t praise Conlin’s enough and Julie who went above and beyond to make sure that we knew the process to getting an important piece of medical equipment for my husbands care. We spent a week with another medical care company to be given the runaround, they didn’t even bother sending in the insurance paperwork and returned no phone calls. When I was finally able to reach them after a week they decided then to tell me they don’t even carry The medical equipment that we are looking for. We found out Conlins carries it and I got lucky enough that I got a customer representative named Julie. She patiently waited for me to tell her what was going on and then told me what needed to be done. I was able to call the doctors office and tell them exactly what paperwork we needed. We also followed up with each other because additional paperwork was needed and instead of just ignoring it she made sure it got addressed. We have gotten further in this process in two days with Julie then we got in two weeks. I highly recommend this company.

Went up to Conlin’s with my dad, let’s just say he is a handful!! Laura helped us out so much!! She was so polite, helpful, professional, and got us all the information we needed. She had the “staff-in-training” name badge (assuming she was fairly new) we couldn’t tell!
