The Nurses and staff are so friendly!! I can't do comfortable in their care. I specifically want to thank Kristen, Ann Marie, Diane, and Laurie, and everyone else who cared for me during my stay. I was there for days and I really felt like they cared about me and my recovery. Excellent bedside manner! You made my time in the hospital as best as it could be. I truly appreciate you all! I had a mammogram done in June. There had been some confusion about my appointment (on my part). The staff accommodated me and completed my exam with kindness. I was treated quickly, efficiently, and with professionalism by a thoughtful and considerate woman. I would say the experience was better than previous mammograms I have had.

The service and care I received at this hospital was top notch!! Everything and everyone from the woman checking me in at the ER registration desk to the nurse and doctor caring for my medical issue inside the ER was very kind and caring and attentive. I felt safe and cared for and that I would be ok after their help and assistance. The nurse Amanda I had was very kind and thorough and fixed me all up!! Thank you all!!! 👍🏻😁

The emergency room looked clean and organized the receptionist was a sweetheart. The wait to go back was less than 15 minutes between checking in, triage, and getting a room. The attending saw me for no more than 5 minutes he ordered an X-ray but nothing was done to ensure I was comfortable and with no pain. I left 2 hours later with a sling and a Rx for Tylenol and Advil and to find an orthopedic when I got back to Fl!!!!
