Beautiful hike on Abbott Loop trail. Lots of stream crossings and water everywhere. The trail is well marked and maintained. Great view and a picnic table at the top, perfect for lunch or a snack. This loop is a popular branch of the FLT

Excellent hiking experience. Trail maintenance is usually fairly good. Views are not particularly spectacular, but a worthwhile experience nonetheless.

Very long hike. Be prepared to walk for a few hours. Trails maintained except they ate terrible when you get to the sections where you have to cross the cricks.... no bridges & wet feet. Besides that lovely place to walk if you don't mind lots of hills

Great rustic camping available... the roads are seasonal dirt roads. If the weather has been dry, it's worth it to climb up to the clearings on Bald Hill Rd for perfect camping solitude.

There is a parking spot at the end of comfort rd.. It is not really a campground though. More for hiking and backpacking..
