I'm very happy with the apartment. It's the largest, new apartment complex anywhere around here. The staff in the office are phenomenal. The sitting area outside is wonderful. My kids ate older but I've never seen such a nice playgrounds and great dog park. The pool is beautiful but everyone I met says it needs more shade. The WORST thing that changed is the gym or whatever you call it. When we first moved in the gym was crowded and had all the equipment we needed. I said to my husband we don't have to pay for a gym now. There were people in there working out. Always. But now.....what is that thing you put in there? I see a lot of high bars that only muscle men can reach. and those stretch bands? Ok the elliptical and treadmill. These are the things I have when I go to physical therapy. Nothing for the legs. You might as well take it out, no one I talk to is going to use it. My husband and I and several residents walked in and said what is this????? There's no training guide. So disappointed

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible management. They don't care about the tenants only the money. They run a low income senior citizen apartment complex. My grandmother was assaulted by another tenant. When the police and myself asked for video surveillance of what happened Dameon then went on to inform me that the surveillance system hadn't been working for months. When I expressed my concern and stated they should have more than enough funds to fix the camera problem he then told me "we're currently focusing on bigger problems". This response is beyond unacceptable. Later there apparently were some windows broken and Dameon and his staff are holding my grandmother responsible for it even though she was in the hospital at the time of the incident. They have now served her with an eviction notice and their reasoning is based off of here say. We're currently seeking legal help.

This company does not care about the Property Managers or their morale. They allow Mike Milko to do want he wants. Kelly Spangler was the worst Recruiting manager there. I ended up quiting because of her.

Winn Residential is a terrible company in Boston. Rent somewhere else! Their property managers are liars and their maintenance is practically nonexistent. I have had maintenance requests that never got resolved after over 6 weeks. Several of them, I just had to fix myself, and some are just still not resolved. Maintenance never even showed up to look at them. Some, they closed the request without even coming to the property. The property management staff that I’ve had to deal with for my apartment at Olmsted Green, Lidia Pereira and Magdalene Luciano have both been impossible to communicate with, and they lie constantly. They claim that they “emailed you back” or that they “called you” and when you point out that there is no record of their email or call, they can provide no proof. But phone records and emails don’t lie. If they had emailed it would be in their sent mail, and if they called, it would show up on my Verizon bill where all incoming calls are logged. Beware of Winn Residential! Rent from someone else.

Wow they cant not job..so many unemployed people act like ferocious animals and those who have it do not value it by treating the public badly, they are paid for treating us not for treating us badly, they have to be reported
I haven't experienced rudeness at Park 156 and I am not white.
No Winn did not have stocks.
