I have had some issue with DG before but chalked up the damaged but this time. I was towed and I noticed my muffler was literally hanging off once I got home (5min drive) and when i called im told that it was definitely a flatbed which I don't believe because when I called the first time about the condition of the inside nobody said flatbed anything just that nobody had gone into vehicle. Then it was brought up that the undercarriage was rusted. Getting towed shouldn't mean vehicle damage no matter what shape the vehicle is in. In addition it was suggested that the muffler probably dropped while I drove from the lot to my home. I live 5 min away and my muffler was secure before it had been towed.(not scraping or hanging loosely) while I drive) I will file a police report and complaint with the city at this point because again being towed should mean vehicle damage.

These guys are dangerous! They claim only to accept cash and then the guy comes with this seemingly nice gesture of letting you transfer to him on Venmo instead but then says the receipt machine is not working (after you have paid). He claims everything is sorted but then a few days later the bill comes to my door again as if I haven’t paid anything. What a mess to sort out! Total robbers! Don’t trust them for anything…

I don't normally write reviews, but I had such an appalling experience with D&G Towing that I feel obligated to warn others. Firstly, my grandfather's car was towed (not to mention, he only let me borrow it as a Wedding gift. Congratulations to me, I guess) with no warning whatsoever. Then, I had to spend my earnings to Uber to this shop when I was greeted to 2 older ladies and someone who looked pre-pubescent, and is most likely around the age of 9 years old. They demanded I give them money instantly, and once I paid my overpriced fees I saw them use my money at the vending machine. I feel so mortified after this experience and I hope they are never able to tow anyone again.

Damaged the rear passenger rim on my car while they towed it this morning. One of the clerks at the front desk offered me some ad catalogues to look at “boats and stuff” presumably in exchange for the damage. Filed a formal complaint with the state. Will be filing a police report and seeking legal action next.
