I noticed where the repairs were done on the inside of my vehicle there were hand marks that weren’t cleaned up after repair was made. It was nice that I was able to use a loaner car free of charge while the repair was being made, however when the car was turned over to me there was someone else’s loaner contract left in the back seat of the vehicle. I also want to mention The service representative was very patient and polite to me during the whole experience.

Saturday was my very first time visiting Romano Volkswagen's service department. I brought my daughters Tiguan in for routine maintenance, they did a brake flush on her car and failed to out the cap back on, now I have brake fluid leaking everywhere and a brake light on and a car that is not drivable. I am very sad to say I was not impressed with their service at all. I am hoping that Romano can turn this bad situation around so I can try to trust them again.
