Excellent food, shakes, etc. Nothing bad. Steak fries are awesome as well. We like to order the pretzel bites for an appetizer. Staff is very nice and always friendly. Would be five star except for the fact that the 20% tip (which is what I normally give) is based on the whole bill including state sales tax. This caught me the first time without noticing when I was there. Later looking at my e-mailed receipt, I realized it. It's not right. I'm wondering how many people have been duped like me. Now since then I slide down the percentage to compensate to the proper amount. If they get a bunch of people not to notice, they've taken a bunch for a ride. As a side note, Chili's - which is not far from me, does not do this.. We went there recently and their tip is properly assigned with the correct percentage on the subtotal only.. Let's get this adjusted guys....

Best experience I've had in a very long time at a restaurant! Quick quality service! Our food was hot, we had our drinks within 5 minutes of entering the establishment, our waitor refreshed our drinks without needing to be asked, and they were busy! I was very impressed with our meal and our server! Even the hosts were very pleasant! We will be back and we live over an hour away! It was worth it!

Never come here again. Served us warm ice tea. Told ice tea machine was broken but servers bring drinks with ice. No silverware or napkins with our dinner that finally came after one hour. Other tables were served and left before we got out food. We had four kids meals and three adults. You would think that is not a complicated order. Wrong!!!!!!!
