The lady who works in the fitting room is so unprofessional, rude , and more concern about gossiping then doing her job. Every time I come in there is only one cashier and other people standing around.. the stores a mess .. it’s disgusting.. I love shopping at other locations but this Ross needs some work and nicer employees

This Ross is always just a mess. The experience is very similar to a thrift store. The cleanliness is terrible. Needs a complete overhaul in all the outer product displays. Store is sadly understaffed. Everyone there tries very hard to please the customers.

2 stars only due to the attentive security and polite staff. Other then that, very dis-organized and items strewn all over the place. Very long lines that were maybe a hundred feet long. Maybe 80. It wrapped around two isles and a main walkway. Very nice atmosphere though. Calm too. Just hard to find items. Photo is small example of disorganization.
