Katie was AMAZING! I told her why I needed shoes & a little about my feet. She brought out 3 pairs that all fit pretty perfectly! I ended up with a brand I'd never heard of BUT I have big bunions & usually have to "break in" even *wide* shoes! Not today! My feet have never felt this good in new shoes! I think I may need an insert but that's because my feet are super flat, not because of Katie or the shoes! I get new shoes roughly every 6 months & I will continue to come back to this store! Great customer service, amazing return policy, and a great selection of shoes! 👏👏👏 THANK YOU KATIE! 💜🥳

People very helpfull on fitting and trying on. They were supposed to have sent Mt the fitting report but I never got. They did not have size of the type of shoe I needed though.

This place saved my mom‘s feet! We have been looking for shoes for months and could not find the support we needed. My mom was suffering from heavy pain from her calluses. We found out that we needed soft sole shoes, inserts, and thick socks. Very satisfied and will definitely come back. We want to give a special thanks to KIRSTEN! Hi just wanted to praise Feet Feet for the excellent service I received at both locations in Roseville on Douglas Boulevard and the Folsom FleetFeet on Auburn Folsom Road. Brand new to the running game as well as hiking. So they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable went through 12 different sneakers with me and I got to try them on and I ended up with two pairs. So far so great I’ve already done a total of 100 miles. That’s all thanks to Fleet feet for getting me situated with the right gear Also taking the time to explain to me how I should go about this as well as recommending their training classes.
