One needs a graduate-level course on how to navigate their discounts, and everything is overpriced unless you use their discounts. Frustrating experience every time, and it's not the poor people behind the registers, it's their garbage marketing department that disallows discount codes.

Spoke with a store associate today and found out Kohl's stores no longer do curbside pickup. This is too bad because it was such a great convenient service. I guess Target gets our business today!!

My wife and daughters both shop at Kohl's regularly and the other day they had a large order that I needed to pick up with my truck so we parked in the space in front and very promptly the staff brought out the items we purchased and helped load them. They run a good operation at Kohl's.

Finding The Force

This is not your average department store, if you don’t come prepared you will not get the best savings. They have everything from shoes to microwaves and great prices on toys for kids birthday parties. Store was very clean and well organized, although this is the third time they have changed the store around in a month. Really cheesed off my wife something good. They do have restrooms there and a large assortment of men’s fragrances. Beware of the impulse buys, the chocolates will get you.
