What a great store. I wish I had one of everything. You want great things for hunting, fishing, camping or BBQing this is the place. They even have nice flashlights 7to pick and choose. The employees are Aldo great to talk with and are familiar with just about any of the items inside. You will enjoy your time and will walk out with great merchandise.

Shopping here is a joke. First their website showed 38 special ammo in stock limited quantity, purchase in store only so I drove to the Rocklin store to find out it was just a joke. Ordered on line with pickup in store. 3 weeks later I asked for status of my order and was told it was shipped and to wait for email. Another week passed and received email with Refunded order and reason Abandoned. Another joke. Will never shop here again. Waste of time and money. Update 07/11/202: Unsubscribed over a week ago from receiving any emails from this store and just received one today asking me how I enjoy my purchase. This joke #3. Joke #4 coming soon.

HILARIOUS going into sportsman's warehouse for me is like going into the Big Boys Toy Store.I just can't make up my mind as to what I want to buy. The staff has always been very helpful and no high pressure sales tactics. The Merchandise pricing moderate for today's market. You really need to visit the store to appreciate it and I'm sure that you'll return
Here -N - There
Sportsman's Warehouse is great, leans a little more towards hunting/fishing but they also carry good backpacking gear, shoes, boots, snow related necessities, etc. Brand named items and clothing. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their pricing typically is less than REI. If they aren't, ask and they'll price match. They offer rewards on every purchase if you sign up. It adds up quickly so when you need that extra savings it's there for you (provided you made purchases). What's nice is while REI dividend is only available the year following your purchases, SW is available on your next visit and they tell you on every receipt how much you've earned and the total available. Only bummer, it's not near a bus stop...but, for me it's worth the walk. 😉

No such thing as covid safety practice.
I have seen other patrons in the store with their dogs and an employee had a visit from their own dog...I would say yes
Login to their website to redeem points for gift cards or online purchases.
Just sign up with one of the cards at the register. Then best to create an online account so you can redeem the the points for a gift card. If you get their Visa card and use it you get points from both programs. Once you reach 2500 points on the Visa program they send you a $25 gift card. (You earn triple points if you use their visa in their store)
Personally I use heavy duty mattress covers from the Army Surplus Store I bleach them and make them real clean roll them up and put them in my pack when I harvest a buck I use my Trump the animal slide with the deer cut up and wrapped up in the air bags Tethered to the slide which will drag over any terrain with little to no problem. The inexpensive gear bags are a waste of time and usually end up ripping right away. I found the former military mattress covers to be perfect for deer and Elk. to reiterate utilizing the military mattress covers, in the Marine Corps we called them farts sacks, they fit over a half a deer or quarter of an elk with no with little to no issue. The truck is slide a hard durable piece of plastic that rolls out into the size of a gurney with a harness on it for one person who can handle an entire animal with little to no problem it makes things drag them by their antler technique.
