Started out great. Very friendly service, clean, inviting, etc. Our server must have left though because at some point after finishing our meal and sitting for 20 minutes in a half-full dining room I had to ask for the bill. Food was just fine. They didn’t bring my fries out and they didn’t have spinach on the pizza as advertised. It just felt like there was general confusion on how to run the place. 5pm on a Tuesday night, 5-6 back of the house, 5-6 wait staff, 5-6 tables (2 were small parties, other 3-4 tables were parties of 3 or less) and nobody seemed happy. My kid likes the place and the beer wall seems like a fun idea so I’ll give it another chance in a few months. It started out so great, which is what makes it really frustrating.

Horrible service, They keep taking down my bad review as well as others. Went there on a Friday Evening around 5:30 pm Outside tables were taken as expected however inside was wide open, My friend and I stood around for close to 5minutes while Waiters and Waitresses passed by us multiple times without any acknowledgement while we paced between the register and beer wall. There was also a server on the phone the entire time we stood there, It would have been helpful if there was a sign to say seat yourself or one of the staff to simply speak as they walked by multiple time to at least give us some direction of what to do. We eventually decided to go elsewhere for as this just ended up being wasted time and lost fuel. No clue if the food is any good but the service alone was enough to qualify this as one star. Wont be back.

Great atmosphere, heaters and fire pit out on the patio seating. Very nice waitresses. The Lasagna was very good!

Ordered it from my hotel. They gave us no utensils. I got a pizza & breadsticks. Both were burnt. My boyfriend ordered lasagna & garlic bread. He said it was ok, but the toppings on his bread were stuck to the foil. The breadsticks came with ranch, which we didn't receive. All this cost $65. Not not happy here!
