What an icy wonderland, such a beautiful picture in winter! That icy area is on yellow Snakefoot trail down to the south from the rental buildings. (See park trail map). Be careful, it's too slippery. There were also many fresh animal footprints on snow on the trails...

Nice trail along side the Henderson Shores Unique Area, trail takes you our to the rock outcroppings and the water. Very peaceful and relaxing trail walk.

Home of the Elhew Kennels pointers. Great flat trails. Nice playground. Pickelball and tennis courts. Awesome views of Lake Ontario but no beach access.

Great playground and miles of hiking trails. You can't access the water unless you walk to the end of the trail. This is not a short walk, but it isn't difficult. Moderate elevation change, a good portion of the trail is in the sun. Take water, sunscreen, and a shade hat.

What's the trail difficulty? I'm looking for medium-hard trails. Rough terrain isn't an issue either.

I would think the trails would be seen as easy with a few hills. Great views might make it worth the time.to.check it out.
