This is the type of place that gives me anxiety.. the places I typically try to avoid. Very high pressure-car salesman type environment. We found a camper we liked, told them we wanted to take a drive down with our family to see it. And were a little confused to receive a an email stating we have an appointment..just to swing by and check it out. When we got there it’s as a huge ordeal, we had to little ones that had to wait patiently for my fiancé to make phone calls about some ridiculous insurance they have asking information about even our teenage daughter (super weird) applying for things we didn’t really want to. We were tricked into getting a membership, without being told it costs extra. When I said soem to if about the charge I noticed , they said they can’t go back and change it, “it’s too late” was their response. The salesman we worked with nice, however, we told him the first time he asked us to fill out a credit app that we had financing through the bank but kept pushing us to do it. Then told us it was only a “soft pull” which wasn’t the case.. a hard inquiry was immediately reported on our credit which we did not want to do since we are selling and buying a new home. The camper had some damage to the interior. They were supposed to take $500 from our account for a deposit but accidentally tried taking 5 grand. Greta did apologize thoroughly and promised to take care of things. However, we really don’t want to step foot in that place again so we have found a camper elsewhere.

Absolute pleasure buying my 3rd camper from Camping world. Our salesman Ed was very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of all the campers we looked at and provided a comfortable experience. Nathan from service, once again, helped us with any questions about the camper and made sure we had all the accessories we needed in order to operate the camper. He is the man every time we visit the store! Joe and Jay from service were also a huge help from the walk through to helping with my trailer hitch to making sure we were set up for success.
