Great Kia dealership. No mark-ups. Considering current stage of car industry, they were able to get the car we wanted at a great price in reasonable time. Just make sure that you get an experienced sales rep if you are going through dealrship purchase for the first time as we did. They should have realized that earlier, hence the one star down. Still, I think you will not find better Kia dealership in central Mass.

My experience with the body shop at Lev Kia was wonderful. They provided a detailed estimate for the work that was accurate to the penny. The staff were fantastic. They kept me completely informed about the work progress and delivered the car on time. It was a wonderful surprise to find that they had washed, vacuumed and completely detailed the car before pick up. Wonderful service.

I am so disappointed in my experience with Lev Kia. The salesman (Ken Russian) was extremely dishonest, misleading, and not at all transparent. My husband spoke to him several times on the phone, met with him, and he stated we could get certain financing on the vehicle. We were super happy for the affordability this would allow for and agreed to purchase the vehicle. We drove an hour out to Framingham to pick up the vehicle, and when we got there, we were told by the sales manager that the financing we were offered was never an option and the salesman shouldn’t have ever offered it. When questioned, the salesman was confrontational and rude to my husband and me. He shrugged it all off stating again and again “well I am not the business manager.” It was totally embarrassing as there were other customers and employees in the store. The sales manager was extremely apologetic and kind, which we really appreciated. He refunded us our $500 holding fee, but no refund will ever make up for wasting my time and causing us embarrassment. Save yourself the time and aggravation, shop elsewhere.

Contact the service department at the closest kia dealership to you. ( doesn't have to be the same place you bought the car from. )They will want you to bring it in to look & see exactly what the issue is 1st & then be able to tell you if that specific issue is covered with the warranty. If it's something major, it would probably be covered.
I don't work for them ,but i believe if you call them, they will be happy to send you the info you need. I do a test drive and is a awesome car
What type of charges you looking for sales or service, parts . They also offer body repair.
