1 star. I’ve arrived in this Dunkin’ Donuts at 11:58am. Inside was closed, the drive they was a line and I’ve waited for over 5 minutes. It’s was ridiculous.

Went there 4/24/22 around noon. The customer service was great (reason for the two stars). However, everything else was disgusting. The bagels were hard and the drinks were too sweet ( I did not ask for extra sugar). I don’t understand how some shifts makes them perfect and others do not. Maybe there should be a chart on how to make the drinks so it doesn’t matter what crew is working it’s made right.

Came up to an empty drive thru today 3/11/22. After waiting a few mins I said hellooo. Was to to “Hold on” then I’m kept there still waiting all the while I can see the staff laughing and talking 🙄 Like seriously!

each time I’ve gone there recently, I’ve received nothing but stale donuts. they’re gross! can’t remember the last time I got a fresh one or my order was made perfectly. the quality of the bagels has also gone down. so disappointing.
