Leaving a review for my overall prior experiences with this branch of Wells Fargo. Although the company image and its stock may not be doing well: the representatives here definitely know how to do their job well. Employee David helped me along with my family well in some matters, he was courteous, professional, insightful, and kind.

This bank take so long with dealing with customers. Every time I go there I be waiting in Iine for almost 25 minutes when there is only 3 customers ahead of me.

I called Wells Fargo 3 weeks ago and asked them for the contactless card. Banker was rude and disrespectful. Also banker lied that my new card will be contactless. He ordered new card and it came with the chip. How can you trust the bank whose bankers are rude and liars?
