I have never waited that long for a meal. The stuff wasn’t moving with any sense of urgency. They just take their own little time while people waited for almost a one hour to get their food. Complete turn off. I’ll definitely avoid that location.

Good location. Horrible service. Parking lot been neglected for years. Place needs repairs and management needs wake up call. Food is mediocre compared to other KFC's. Place inside is filthy at times.

My favor place to eat is " KFC " The food was almost cold, dry, look like the chicken was sitting down all day. Not juice... Mash potatoes not hot, French fries dry.. I wasn't happy... The management there is terrible, a worker from the kitchen was unprofessional talking to the people.. I don't know if that was the food from the night before, but was terrible, I just eat the bread and I drink the soda.. SECOND time after a month, I try again. pass by and I was hungry. I order the same food. Mash potatoes, 2 piece of chicken, French fries... Only the french fries was hot, the chicken and mash potatoes almost cold..I'm not planning to go back again sorry.. this was my experience.

I placed my order via doordash-4 meals for my family. 2 Nashville wings 5 piece one with fries one with mashed potatoes both came with drinks. Next 3 piece tenders coleslaw meal and a drink and lastly extra crispy 2 piece with fries. I RECEIVED TWO ORDERS OF 5 PIECE WINGS NO FRIES NO MASHED POTATOES NO SAUCE ON THE WINGS-THIS WAS A COMBO FOR EACH. NEXT RECEIVED NO COLESLAW THEN RECEIVED ORIGINAL RECIPE CHICKEN WITH A HALF EATEN ORDER OF FRIES. I DID NOT RECEIVE NOT EVEN ONE OF THE 4 DRINKS THAT CAME WITH THESE MEALS. NOR ANY OF THE SAUCES OR UTENSILS I REQUESTED. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. CLEARLY THEY ARE LAZY AND PROBABLY HAVE NO INVENTORY. I TRULY REGRET THE OVER AN HOUR THAT WE WAITED FOR THIS DELIVERY WHICH SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED IN 35 MINS. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. I HOPE YOUR FRANCHISE OWNER READS THIS REVIEW-AS A FRANCHISE OWNER MYSELF I AM DISGUSTED! NEVER AGAIN!
