They have improved their front end service immensely! Knowledgeable staff and efficient. Not often I'd ever say that about a Motor Vehicle office.

I applied for a duplicate title here. I was told it would be mailed the following business day, and would arrive in 10-14 days (standard mail). It had been well over a month since. I called the Concord main office to check on the status, and was told that the application had never been sent. Thankfully Concord was able to retrieve the application from the Dover database, but I still won't receive my title for another 10-14 business days. This is all after having my initial title never mailed last year. DO NOT trust this DMV office to follow through with any document applications after you walk out the door.

Your average DMV experience, nothing horrendous but nothing good either. Passive aggressive staff, long waits, dirty bathroom. I made an appointment and still had to wait over an hour to be seen. Lacking technology, seem to be quite behind on how they handle and process their information. Been here 3 times now and each experience was the same. I understand staffing issues and work stress etc, but treating every customer like they are a burden is just bad customer service and has no excuse. It's part of the job requirement, I don't know how else to put it. I don't want to be at the DMV either, but it's a requirement so don't give me a snarky attitude for doing what you require me to do. I don't expect witty conversation or even much enthusiasm, But at least don't treat me like I have done anything wrong before I even say "hello" to you. I would give 1 star but the greeter was nice.

I was there to change my address. I checked the website to see what I needed and the website prompted me to make a appointment so I did. It didn't say anything about needing my birth certificate and social security card. I arrived there filled out some forms waited in line and was told I needed my birth certificate and social security card so it was a waste of a trip at 4.80 a gal! I currently have a real ID so what's the point of this real ID if it's still not adequate enough to prove my identity? The registry is always a painful experience full of redundant paper work and there's always something else they need. Someone should teach them about computers and modern technology and how data can easily be linked together. My birth certificate is paper so is my social security card both of which can easily be printed unlike my real ID that required time and multiple level proof of identity.

Go back to mass
Yes but needs a renewal code.
Because the DMV is evil
Yes, but wait times can be really long. It's much better to make an appointment online first.
You have to fill out the application for a replacement it's the same one as getting a license then bring the right paperwork you might even be able to do it online because of covid
The most commonly used documents to prove identity include a social security card and either a certified copy of a birth certificate or an unexpired passport. Proof of residency, such as a valid, unexpired New Hampshire driver license or non-driver ID, utility bill or property tax bill, will also be required.
Non driver ID $10 Cars $50
They change in the same day and give you copy firt.
Go to online website and follow the steps to make an appointment. You do NOT have to go to an office in your county so see if you can get an appointment quicker at a lesser known office. 😉
Pretty sure you can do a transfer right there.
Shpuld be able too.
You need to have your address in nh, plus proof of residence to get it. It will be an exchange from Maine to NH
They tell you it's within 90 days, not 30. I got mine within 30 and was surprised.
You can just walking and wait in line or you can make an appointment and have minimal waiting time.
Bottom right corner of your photo.
you can get real id in dover. make an appointment to not wait as long
Your really not there very long they have several people at the desks they call up 3 people at a time for different reasons for there visit best time to go is very early in the morning or around 2in the afternoon I was there for mine and was out of there in less than a hour
Just call and ask first. I had to make an appointment
Call the DMV in Concord
Renewal can be done online if it was done in person the last time Picture must be done in person
You need an appointment for anything at the DMV
I always thought real id's were used to fly domestically as a form of identification
I just got one done. I printed out a duplicate title application online and went to the DMV and gave it to the woman at the desk. Got the title in just under a week. $25. You can also print out the application and drop it at the drop box there, print out and mail it to the DMV listed at the bottom, or just go to the DMV and do it all there. No matter which way you do it, its about a week.
Yes.
You have to have your doctor sign a form stating that you have a walking disability. Once you have that, you take it to DMV and you get a handicapped plate and 1 placard or just 2 placards.
If you're eligible you should have been notified by mail. I'm not aware of a way to generate one any other way.
You must make an appointment due to Covid-19 procedures
I was there couple of weeks ago, I was able to do a motorcycle registration and take the knowledge test.... but its by appointment only so you have to call ahead of time
Just go in there and ask them they will help
nhdmv.org
The same way you get your regular license. If you go on the DMV website it will tell you when you can get them and how much also what you will need. I believe the second Saturday is when you can go get it between 8 and 12.
Yes
No unfortunately you can't make any appts..depending on what your doing is how long the wait is..I was just there getting a 20 day plate and it was quick..the wait seemed to be longer with other things..but they seemed to move quick..good luck and I hope this helps.

Pay $10 I think for a replacement
No. You have to do it in person with original ID and proof of new address.
Maybe call would be a good idea.
$10 https://www.nh.gov/safety/divisions/dmv/driver-licensing/non-driver-identification/index.htm
Have someone drive you there. if you drive yourself you could get a ticket for operating without a license
It's free to change on your license, but tif you need to change your title, it's $25
Yes they do.
No, you have to go in person.
Proof of residency (utility bills, rental contract etc.) proof of identity (passport, birth certificate)
I'm not sure, but I don't think you can
Better call and ask them directly.
60 days
Yes you can renew online only if you have not changed your address in the last 2 years, if you have then you need to go in person
If you do the proper paperwork that yes. Call them to make sure.
No, just walk in
I don't think so.
Proof of NH residence, proof of your citizenship passport... and if you want enhance ID than Social security card
At least $700
Nope, you have to go in person.
Yes.
Free to change name when married
Wonders myself
Try not to call them from 12-1 they wont answer until about your fourth try. Then they are mad and sassy.
Yes you can. You need usual things : proof of residency and filled form, for enhance ID birth certificate.
You need proof of identity and state residence. So a passport and or social security card with a utility bill should work. I can't remember if your old state ID counts as odd as that is it might not. Also be sure to get the NH one before your out of state one expires or you have to redo the written drivers test!
