Your really not there very long they have several people at the desks they call up 3 people at a time for different reasons for there visit best time to go is very early in the morning or around 2in the afternoon I was there for mine and was out of there in less than a hour

You need to make an appointment, you could walk in but the people that have appointments are first so you will be there a long time
