Ordered a burger, grilled cheese and soda on a Wednesday night. Food was ready in a decent amount of time. Burger and grilled cheese hit the spot and were great. But the employees are something else. I'm guessing these are younger adults. They sounded pretty verbally abusive towards each other. In addition this location was crazy dirty. I'm giving this place 2 stars as a result, they can do better. --- Update - 07/16/22 - Jesus, apparently reading comprehension is low at this location. I ordered two burgers identical and I got one of my burgers with the wrong toppings entirely. I didn't notice till I got home as the burger was to go. It was easy enough to scrap off, but it was annoying to deal with as the flavor profile of my burger is off/wrong. I don't know how they make a mistake like this given that at the time, they were only making my burgers and one other person's food. You literally have to just read a receipt and verify what you're putting in the bag matches. I think they may have gotten confused due to someone after me who ordered 8 patties -- at least that's what I heard. Still. A simple mistake is inexcusable when you have such a simple business model.

The food was good and the staff was friendly! The prices are higher than I thought...I understand that in these times but I won't probably return! 33.00 is alot for an adult and child for burgers!

This particular location gives the best customer service I have experienced in any five guys. They are so communicative and let you know the status of your order each minute. Everyone is eager to help when they see you standing at the counter. The freshness of their French fries is like no other. Hygiene is great. Definitely coming again.

Paid 26$ for 2 burgers and fries for the bread to be stale ! The kids cooking it true to hide it by toasting it but the ends of the bread are hard and inedible. Won’t be going back anytime soon !
