Stopped in on a busy day to check on tires that were letting out air and they squeezed me in took care of the issues. Steve was very helpful. I like Mavis quality and prices and had been going to Mavis in East Windsor, NJ for 4 years and felt that it was only ‘cut and dry’ experiences so I decided to try the Old Bridge, NJ location and I’m SO GLAD I DID!!! I first spoke to Kent in Sales, who spent time giving me affordable options in my budget. It was such a pleasant experience. And on the day of the installation of my 3 tires, Chris was the man at the counter getting me checked in for my appointment and he was unbelievable kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. Having to buy 3 tires was not something I looked forward to doing, but the guys at Mavis in Old bridge really made it an amazingly positive and even uplifting experience.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Went to Mavis in Old Bridge, NJ to get a wheel alignment, oil change and tire rotation. 5 minutes after driving the car the wheels were still shifting worse prior to bringing the car in. I brought the car back to them and was told that it has nothing to do with the work they have done. My car was driving way better before I took it here. I made a complaint to regional manager who then had me go to another Mavis location. After the car was looked at there, I was told the same exact thing. All they did was give me prices for other work that needed to be done on the car. ( Do they actually think I will bring my car back to them). Don’t trust them, they all work together just to try to make more money. I understand it’s a business but business should be done correctly. I know KARMA will be working their way!

I went on a Sunday Morning stressed about my tire as I needed my car to go to Brooklyn later that day. Service here was fantastic, not only was my tire repaired within an hour but Rob was super nice, friendly, and efficient!! I highly recommend and will definitely be returning when need be.
