I had a recent stay at MCL to have my first baby. All staff, from the start of my stay until the end, were caring, attentive, and made me feel at ease. Our experience was nothing but positive and I’m grateful that this was the hospital that brought us our greatest gift!

The facility was clean and efficient. The personnel were pleasant and professional. I was in and out very quickly. All procedures were well explained.

My visit to Medical City - Lewisville was one of the best experiences to a hospital under emergency conditions that I have ever experienced. All of the doctors and nurses were of the highest caliber and I would highly recommend to anyone needing medical treatment to see out this location. A+++

Great
Yes, absolutely. While they may not be able to do more than an initial assessment and support in the ER they can then arrange for mental health evaluation/treatment. Speaking as someone who has worked in an ER in the past - There is a law called EMTALA; anyone presenting at an ER has to be assessed/stabilized regardless of insured/uninsured. Just make sure the person is honest with clinicians about the thoughts of self-harm; otherwise, they may just try to provide outpatient referrals; not realizing the urgency of the situation.
One adult can stay overnight. Some exceptions are made depending on patient diagnosis. No hours or time limits; the front door closes at 10 pm, but you can enter through the ER if you tell them which patient you are visiting after hours.
Yes they should you will have to let the VA hospital and let them know you visited and they should pay for it
Contact Medical City
Sorry I don't know the answer but would be surprised if they don't. I bet you can call to find out for certain.
You should contact records. Call the main number and get transferred to records. Application might all be online. But they'll guide you from there.
I have no idea. Call administration and they can direct you
Yes they take them for the safety of themselves and others.
They have open visit hours, they just request quiet during overnight hours and during shift change times.
We were referred to a burn specialist once they helped my daughter through the pain and initial wound dressing.
And
OK
I would rather die before go back to see any doctor let alone step foot in Medical City of Lewisville...especially ER...they honestly don't care about your well being and billing department is the biggest scam / joke...not exaggerating

This scaly or crusty skin on the top of the baby's head is a normal buildup of sticky skin oils, scales, and dead skin cells. Unlike some other rashes, cradle cap can be treated at home with shampoo or mineral oil. Cradle cap usually goes away by age 1 year.
