We worked with Guy and he was great! He helped us get a great deal on our new hardwood floors. It was our first time buying flooring and he educated us and helped us decide the best option for us. He also recently helped us with our kitchen backsplash tile. Made sure we got all the materials we needed to make it look great. When we redo our master bathroom we’ll be going back and looking for Guy!

Place is awesome. Filled with tile. And wood flooring. Employees are nice. Helpful. And tons of flooring selections. .I purchased a bathroom shower tile it was very good price, they have supies, thin sets Grout, spacers. Cleaners. Sealers. Etc. All your needs great store. Will be back.

If you are looking for flooring and are dead set on floor and decor then go into the store. The online inventory is way off and no one answers or returns your calls when looking for updates on when the items are coming in. 27 calls over the course of a couple weeks ... no one picked up. Went into the store a few times and the 17 boxes of flooring missing from the order that they "had" but didn't have were always on the next truck. One plus was that all the flooring was in good condition with nothing broken in the box and once laid it looks good.

This store is great! I do not understand what people expect to rate it any lower. It's not a place to get help--there are very few employees and the entire place is for DIY shoppers. So go in understanding that. The employees I interacted with were very friendly. They have an incredible range of selection in hard-surface flooring and trim pieces. I left without getting anything because I needed to go home and process it all. They have design services for free--I will be using those soon. You can book the designer online.
