So during Christmas season yall really just not taking returns come January of the next year. Thats crazy. I would like to return this tablet because its not working. CAN I SPEAK TO THE CEO or someone who cares about their customers.

IF I could give zero stars , i would! I just needed an office chair and i was told that i cannot purchase the display yet they offered me another chair that was $200 more which was a display!! Definitely would not recommend!

If I could give it -100 stars, I would still not be able to show my anger and dissatisfaction, the girl who attended us from the beginning had a terrible attention and service to the request that I requested, I only wanted them to print 3 photos in some measures that I chose and that staples offers according to a table of measurements they have. The girl never looked for a real solution, obviously she was not trained for this type of requirement, she told us that these measurements could not be made since it was a photo taken with the cell phone, the truth is I have printed photos in staples in NY in size 16x20 with A photo taken with a cell phone from 2010 where the quality of the photo is currently low and yet they had no problem and these photos taken a week ago with a cell phone from 2021 in 4x8 measurements here in this staples they couldn't do it, no waste more customers time and please train your workers and teach them to give good service.

Until last week, I would have given this Staples location 5 stars. I’ve brought many printing orders over the past two years, and I’ve always been pleased with their customer service and personal attention. Many of the employees at the custom printing counter even remembered my name. But based on my experience last week, I would rate it zero stars because of how they responded, or failed to respond, to my request that a customer at that counter pull his mask up over his nose. I felt very unsafe, and I left without getting my project printed. It seems that Staples values the customer breaking the rules more than the customer complying with the rules. Very disappointing.
