Should be zero stars! I had to use them because of GEICO. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ever. Unprofessional staff that lies to customers. Needed a replacement windshield since March and it is now August. It is very dangerous for me to be driving around with a completely cracked windshield! I had to call the dealer to order my own replacement windshield because no one at Safelite would ever call back or provide a status. Even spoke 2x with the general manager at Safelite and he lied to me and never called back with a status. Apparently my replacement windshield has been at Safelite for a while and no one has contacted me to tell me. I had to call the Mercedes dealer to find out what was going on. Absolutely horrible company!

Went to their Apex location to get windshield replaced. Arrived for appointment, sat in lobby (missing a client meeting) that morning. I was then told well over an hour later that ooops my windshield hadn't even arrived there, they had to order it from the dealership. But you couldn't call and let me know that?? 🤔. Very nice manager offered to waive my deductible and wiper fees. My windshield tech was nice too. They called a few days later, rescheduled me. Fast forward a month later. I reconciled my bank statement and they CHARGED me a day later anyway!!! I have tried multiple times to call them, even going through their customer line, and I keep getting forwarded into an office where no one answers the phone and you can't leave a voicemail. I even submitted a windshield form follow up online noting the issue. Of course, no response. I am now faced with getting in my car and driving back there to personally resolve my refund request. Unbelievable!!!

Although I went on a busy day, service was fast. Awesome customer service from the front desk personnel to the techs. I only came for windshield replacement and they cleaned ALL my windows which I thought was very nice considering I have a dog who enjoys licking my back windows. Overall 5 stars!

I was nervous to have my windshield replaced based on the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The man at the front desk was lovely. I had a 3pm appointment and got there 10 minutes late with my toddler. The insurance was already taken care of and I didn’t have to pay anything. He told me it could take 3 hours but sometimes not. They were done in an hour and a half! My son sat and watched some videos while we waited and it wasn’t too busy in the waiting room. They recalibrated everything and it all seemed to go pretty smoothly. I was happy with their service!
