John P. has been the manager of this store since it opened 9 years ago. Several of his assistant managers have been there for at least a few years. By now they should be accustomed to the fact that the area population triples between the end of June thru the end of August. A segment of that population thru no wrong of their own typically travels in large groups and some of those large groups prefer to do their shopping later in the evening when the store isn't as busy and to he honest no one can blame them. The point I'm getting at is the management needs to schedule their cashier employees to where there is more than one register open during the evening hours including up until closing. There being only one register plus self check out or in some cases no registers and only self check out when there are 20-40 people trying to pay at once is unacceptable! Napanoch Walmart needs to plan their staffing better!

Walmart is using the CHEAPEST paper bags! I never get home without a bag splitting down the side & tearing when I pick it up...no matter how careful I am. We are paying for these bags, please get better quality bags WITH handles. That said, great experience at the pharmacy, store is clean, but there were many areas that needed stocking.
