Cromwell employees are Rudy Non helpful Waited over 20 minutes fir a manager who never showed up. Guess customer service is not a walmart thing. Neither is open dressing rooms to try on cloths. Won't be back any time soon Use Amazon it's better

Had to update my review today. I have been waiting for over 20 min for someone that has the highly coveted ability to use a key in order to get some $7 brake light bulbs. Have spoken to at least 4 employees who in turn talked to at least 3 other employees and still nothing. I honestly should have left a long time ago but now its about principal.

I am so irritated with Walmarts policy about keeping 3-6 people in the front of the store by the entrance/exit who try and stop you on your way out and check your receipt. Half the time these people are “less mentally competent” than the usual employees and have no idea even what they’re looking at. I’m tired and I’m done shopping the last thing I want is to be held up on my exit. I’m on camera, I’m scanning my items and there’s a store associate watching us. If you’re so worried about loss prevention then take the 6 people at the front standing around doing absolutely nothing and open up some more lanes and ring the items out. The difference between what you lose in merchandise over damage and theft far outweighs the amount of money you’d pay for actual peoples wages. Set higher standards for your employees and pay better and you’ll attract better quality workers who can ring, stock, clean, and do customer service. Instead of one person who’s only job is to ring. To stock. Etc.. The only reason why I’m giving the second star is for the employees I do see who we’re working hard.
