I .ade an online appointment for Monday June 13, 2022 at 11 am. I got there at 10:50 am. I was informed after waiting for 10 or more minutes that ALL on line appointments had been canceled and an email was sent. As I stood there showing the gentleman I had no email as such. I made another on line appointment for today Friday June 16, 2022 at 11am. I was there at 10:45 am. My car keys were received by the technician for a oil change and tire rotation. Well I realized after getting home that my oil life wasn't cha get to read 100 %, nor was the air pressure in my tires correct. It was checked that there was 32 psi of air in each tire. I'm only 2.5 miles from the store and when checking my readings I have 28 psi. 34 psi, 32 psi, and 30 psi in my tires. I spent 2 hours there to get half service and to be lied to about what my readings are. I'm feeling some type of way because no one informed me why it was taking as long as it was and then to see what's said on paper is incorrect. I'm a card holder and really rethinking this due to no loyalty from your technicians and no one having compassion for the customers. This us the second time my oil meter wasn't reset. I feel some type of a way due to spending the amount of time for the half xxx job done.

This used to be a pretty good place I have been doing business there for almost 30 years I started with them When they was on South Main Street But that new manager Brad is rude and doesn't need to be a manager he accuses people of saying something that they didn't say And then he tries to bully people into buy things They didn't need Then when you asked to see the part it was thrown in the trash how convenient. I normally have giving good reviews but because of him not now.

Car has been sitting here in Charlotte on wt harris since 7 am. Terron Lawrence had me come in today after I’d come in the previous day. He said he would have the tires today by 8 am. They took my tires off my vehicle and didn’t bother to check to see if the tires were there or not and now they have asked me to take my vehicle with unsafe tires because they dropped the ball. They even asked to to accept there bottoM of the bottom tires because of there mistake. This same store had no service techs show up until 8:45 when they had appointments scheduled for 7 am. Dennis Mitchell. Leadership starts at the top. Every single charlotte area Firestone lacks the proper leadership with the exception to your concord mills location. I’m a long time customer who only wants what’s right and the way you and your staff operate is totally unacceptable. I messaged Dennis yesterday and he never replied or acknowledged my message but did contact Terron Lawrence to see what was going on.

I drove 25 minutes to take my car to this location. Terron, one of the managers, is just great. The customer service provided by this team far exceeded my expectations. They never tried to upsell me on anything I did not need, they kept me updated on why the delays were so long, and they were very polite to everyone in the waiting room. When I got my car back it wasn't dirty, trashy, or in disarray. The location has plenty of hand sanitizer, they have spaced out their chairs for social distancing, and they offer curbside pickup and drop off. this location has done a great job of keeping people on the road and adhering to social distancing guidelines. The prices, the service options, and the appointment availability are all good considering the social distancing guidelines that are set for businesses right now. I highly recommend this location and while I am in Charlotte this is the location I will take my car to.
