I took my Car in for a routine oil change, I knew I needed windshield wiper blades too. When they first brought my car in I noticed the guy struggling to open my hood, its a Ford Focus and there is a trick, pull the lever push down and up then it opens. I have brought my focus there regularly with no issues, thinking that this time I'd normally get the same great service. A few weeks later I start getting notifications that my windshield wiper fluid is low, I thought how strange since Jiffy Lube always fills my fluid, I thought it might be a faulty message, my Husband tries to open the hood to check the fluid and he couldn't find the lever to open the hood. I called Jiffy Lube and spoke with the Manager to let him know what happened, and he said they couldn't do anything because they don't fix that. I was floored, didn't offer anything, I did get an apology, that was it. I finally get an appointment with Ford for them to look at it, they have to order the part, the lever was literally busted and they can't get into the hood until they get the part in because once they close the hood with a broken lever they cannot open it again. The part will cost $259.00, so I called the Manager back at Woodbridge Jiffy Lube, and I tell him again what happened and how upset I am that they charged me for a complete oil change service and wiper blades then sent me on my way without telling me that they the guy busted my lever and they couldn't do the entire service. I was charged for an entire service but didn't receive it and also left with a broken part (I had no idea about) and didn't have the nerve to tell me. The Manager said that he would put a claim in and they would check the camera's and the claims department will get back to me. He couldn't tell me this the first time I called? If they call me back and put forth some type of effort to rectify the damage, I will change my review. As of right now, it stays at 1 star and with an extremely unhappy customer.

390.90$$ for a brake job & it wasn't done correctly. I am very upset about this. I went back twice but always an excuse, oh the mechanics isn't here or you have to bring it back again. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!

Amazing experience the workers there are so handsome and nice use there service very often sometimes to just stare at the tall older blond man I think his name is leon he’s so attractive hope one day he’ll ask me out 10/10 would recommend to a friend
