Very professional, quick and great service! I had my phone repaired in just about 40 minutes. They had to reschedule my Saturday appointment, but made a huge effort to reach me, apologize and work with my schedule. Would definitely recommend and will use them for any phone or computer repair I might need in the future.

So I finally got around to getting my cracked iPhone screen repaired. I have the insurance on my phone through Asurion, submitted a claim online, and scheduled a time for a tech to come to me and repair my iPhone screen. Well a few hours after that Shasta Computer Repair called me to let me know they had me scheduled then but had a cancellation for the next day, so I was happy to take that appointment. The morning of, the tech called- having finished their first appt early, and was able to come even earlier. He was polite, courteous, respectful, pleasant and even interacted w my 5 yr olds who were curious what he was doing to the phone! When you let someone into your house, a stranger, it’s comforting to know that the person is very clean, put together and respectful of your home. I believe he was going to do the repair in his car, but I offered to have him come in (figure it’s be easier for him to have a table to work at). The whole experiences was great, and that’s indicative of the customer service at Shasta Computer Repair- I wouldn’t hesitate to take my phone or computers anyplace else!
